| The 6th Element thru the 3rd Phase develops your Merging of all the Elements of the Phase into an amalgamation of the Ideal of the Phase. |
| The 6th Element thru the 3rd Phase is the 20th Degree of achieving a Potential and Merges all the Elements of the Enhancement into the Ideal of the Enhancement. Merging all the Elements of the Enhancement amalgamates Awareness, Desire, Doing Actions, Knowledge, and Feelings into the Ideal of the Enhancement of the Means. |
| The 6th Element thru every Phase focuses on Merging of all the Elements of the Phase into an Ideal amalgamation of all the traits developed thru that Phase. This is a difficult Element to fully understand. Unfortunately, it's because those who have not become the Ideal Merging of a Phase's traits do not know it. While those who have become the Ideal Merging of a Phase's traits know and feel it. |
| I guarantee that when you have merged all the Elements of the focus of a Phase into the Ideal Quintessence of that Phase, you will know and feel it. You will not focus on the individual Elements of Becoming Aware, Thinking or Feeling the traits in the Phase, but you will be all of the Traits at once. |
| It's like knowing Love. Before you experience Love, you only know it's definition. But when you experience Love, you totally feel it, way beyond words. This has been described in other ways, such as, "Before knowing Zen, mountains were mountains. Learning Zen, mountains were no longer mountains. Knowing Zen, mountains were again mountains. Or, "Those that speak, do not know. Those that do not speak, know". |
| If you play an intrument you may have already experienced this. First you read the notes, then you memorize them, then you think about how the author suggests the notes to be played, then you feel how the notes should be played, and then when you Merge all of these traits together, you are the notes and you know and feel how they are to be played. |

| The suggestion to progress thru Degree #20, is to focus on Merging the Elements of an Enhancement into the Ideal of your Enhancement of the Means to achieve a Potential. |
For this introduction, we'll focus on Merging the Elements of your Awareness into the Ideal of an Enhancement of the Foundation and all of the 12 Enhancements of a progressing Ego.
From memory, write on a piece of paper the 12 Enhancements from the Foundation and listing the Potentials from 1 thru 12. While writing each Potential, review your Thoughts and Feelings of your Awareness of the Potentials of a progressing Ego. You should be able to write these from memory. If you need to review them, please review 12 Enhancements. |
| When you have successfully Merged all the Elements of the 3rd Phase of the Enhancements to better achieve a Potential together into a Ideal amalgamation of the Phase, you will know and feel it, I guarantee it. |

| When Merging all the parts into the Ideal of the Phase is your Spirit, you are ready to progress. |
| When you complete a Phase, you can enjoy your developmental accomplishment, but to avoid fixation, you must become Curious of what else you can become. When you become Curious of a higher Potential that you can become, you will progress into the 21st Degree. |
| You will progress into the 21st Degree, when Merging all the Elements of a Phase into Being the Ideal amalgamation of all of the traits developed thru a Phase progresses into Curiosity to Become more than the Phase you just completed. |
